One of my many projects is an Idaho commercial real estate listing site. I made some great progress on it last night and am recruiting a commercial broker friend of mine to try out the backend. I probably shouldn’t tip anyone off to what I’m doing before I launch websites, but since I have no idea how I’ll make money on the site yet–why not share? My biggest competition doesn’t even know I exist. Yet.

The concept will be to provide free commercial real estate listings to brokers and agents with commercial properties in Idaho. So there you have it. The cat’s out of the bag.
